What are family Planning methods?
It is a regimen of one or more devices in order to deliberately prevent or reduce the likelihood of a woman giving birth or becoming pregnant. The availability of family planning does more than enable women and men to control family size. It safeguards individual health and rights, preserves our planet's resources, and improves the quality of life for individual women, their partners, and their children likelihood.
There are two kinds of family planning methods, the natural and unnatural methods. The natural method is the Standard Days Method. This method is a simple calendar-based method in which users are counseled to abstain from unprotected intercourse on days 8 through 19 of any cycle to avoid a pregnancy. The unnatural method can be distributed into hormonal and non-hormonal methods. Hormonal methods use medications (hormones) to prevent ovulation such as birth control pills (oral contraceptives), Depo Provera injections, and Norplant. Non-hormonal methods prevent meeting of egg and sperm), or the implantation of a pre-embryo in the uterus, such as latex condoms and IUDs.

Condom:

Pills:
Two kinds of
contraceptive pills combined oral contraceptives are pills which
contains the hormones estrogen and progestin.
Progestin only pills
contain hormone progestin advised to be taken in lactation period, both
types are taken daily and they suppress ovulation, thicken the cervical
Mucus (preventing sperm penetration).

Injectable contraceptive (Depo Provera)
It contains the hormone progestin, it is administered every three months
regularly, it works by thickening cervical mucus, reducing sperm
transport in the upper genital tract and suppressing ovulation.
